Sam has lived in Colorado since 1995 and has deep roots in the communities she serves. She earned her bachelor's degree in Archaeology from Colorado State University in 2013 and her master's degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Denver in 2019. Sam has been a Realtor since 2016, and she genuinely loves what she does.
Sam believes a home should be more than just a place to live—it should be an escape, a haven, and a source of comfort. It's where people gather with loved ones, celebrate holidays, relax, and truly be themselves. Because housing plays such a central role in people's lives, Sam firmly believes that home ownership and long-term wealth building should be attainable for everyone.
When she's not serving her clients, Sam is a singer-songwriter, baker, book lover, biker, hiker, angler, and avid concert-goer. She lives in Denver with her two cats, Lady and Marvin. Whether clients are first-time buyers, homeowners looking to sell, renters, or investors, Sam is always happy to help and welcomes calls, texts, or emails.
