Brittany’s passion for real estate started early in life. She first studied at the side of her father, Dan Ryan of Dan Ryan Builders, a new construction firm renowned for its work along the East Coast. She also learned a great deal from her grandfather, Jim Ryan of Ryland Homes, the first home builder to operate on both coasts of the U.S.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brittany honed her sales acumen and customer service skills leasing high-end luxury apartment homes for Bozzuto Management Company. She later moved on to sell new construction townhomes and condos for McWilliams Ballard, a leading project development, sales, marketing and consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Today, Brittany provide each of her buyers and sellers with professional, responsive, and “above and beyond” real estate services. She is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as being fiercely determined to assist clients in achieving their goals.
